It was a big undertaking that included taking down interior walls, putting up structural beams, planning and installing a center island, tile, moving air conditioning ducts and painting!! Like all remodeling jobs, we had surprises along the way — Kyle was always a straight talker about our situation and never beat around the bush, procrastinated or minimized our situation. He was always about getting to the best solution. He also made design recommendations that improved the final appearance of our house.
The only reason for the 4-star instead of 5 is that, during our job, Kyle’s business seemed to hit a few administrative snags that, in turn, created a few delays for us. By the time our job was over, Kyle seemed to have made adjustments administratively and that side of things was better.
